The view would be better with her in it, but having her warmth against his side and the slight weight of her head on his shoulder is almost as good. Omega is so busy just enjoying their closeness that he almost doesn't hear what she says. In fact, it would have been easy up until right this second to forget that they left anything or anyone behind them at all.
