Blue dug her toes into the sand and shrugged one shoulder. "Mmmm," she mused, squinting out over the river, "nah. Too crowded." Then she smirked. "And besides, this stretch of land probably belongs to someone anyway, then we'd get in trouble for trespassing." Not something she wanted to deal with, ever.
"But we can stay and play a while, if you want. We can always sleep in the truck tomorrow on the way north." That, at least, had been somewhat comfortable. For Blue, anyway. Omega had shifted about quite a bit, being longer than the seat. But Owen had stopped every two hours or so, thankfully, allowing everyone a little time to walk about and stretch before heading off again.
