Well, that's a blatant lie, but Omega can't exactly start pressuring her about it now. She's never really all right, is she, and the best and worst of it comes and goes. But awareness doesn't keep him from watching her carefully as he lays the pizza out like an offering.

The pizza is edible and that is all Omega will say in its defense. What's important is that Blue is eating it, so Omega takes a piece for himself and stretches out on the bed with his back to the headboard so he can eat it. He takes a water bottle, but leaves the juice for now in case she decides she wants more.

"Next time, we pick the road trip menu," he grumbles underneath his breath between chewing.
